48 Hours and Free Lunch

If you’ve ever been depressed or even just really sad, you probably know the signs: sleeping in late, struggling to keep up with basic hygiene, lack of interest in things you enjoy.

For the last few weeks, I was in a depressive funk. While I wouldn’t say it was full-fledged depression, it was definitely affecting my ability to be productive. And I’ve been here before.

You see, I recently quit my corporate job of only two months. I was a software consultant responsible for sales at a mid-size company.
